Ursula M. Evans has 16 years’ experience in Emergency Management across all levels of government (local, state, and federal). She is currently serving as Emergency Preparedness Administrator at Orange County Public Schools. She is responsible for implementing the Emergency Preparedness program throughout the district and interfacing directly with Principals and Administrators.
Ursula Evans is President and Founder of Anchored Hearts, LLC where she is an Emotional Health Coach. Ursula released her new book in June 2020 entitled: Heart Work: A Woman's Guide to Emotional Health and Self-Love. Ursula is a mentor, inspirational speaker, domestic violence advocate and City of Kissimmee’s 2018 Trailblazer of the Year. As an Emotional Health Coach, Ursula empowers women who struggle with emotional health and feel lost on how to begin or recommit to their self-love journey. Ursula is the proud mother of two young women, Kyia and Jazmyn. Ursula enjoys the waves at the beach, working out or reading a good book as her favorite pastime.
